The Habitat Garden and Farmers Market is a way to raise funds for 
West Pasco Habitat for Humanity.

West Pasco Habitat builds houses alongside families who demonstrate need and willingness to partner with Habitat. Families invest hundreds of hours of their own "sweat-equity" labor into the houses. Their monthly mortgage payments help fund the construction of more houses. Inadequate shelter binds a family in struggle. A Habitat home frees them to enjoy self-reliance and self-respect. In lieu of a Holiday Gift, we felt it more appropriate to make a donation in support of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America.
On a daily basis, The Boys & Girls Clubs of America strive to improve each child's life by fostering self-esteem, courage, and positive values in each of the programs they offer.The Club emphasizes academic success, good character and citizenship, and healthy lifestyles. Kids in every community deserve a chance at a great future.

We are sure you would agree that the Boys & Girls Clubs play an important role in every community they serve.

In the Community Service Project with Habitat for Humanity

One of our core values at Appius Wealth Management is to help local families create financial stability so they can accomplish their goals including home ownership and piece of mind. This January season we partnered with West Pasco Habitat for Humanity to "hands-on" help a local family achieve just that. West Pasco Habitat for Humanity seeks to eliminate poverty housing and homelessness from the world and to make decent shelter a matter of conscience and action. Habitat for Humanity is dependent on a workforce of volunteers to come to the "build sites" and over the course of 6- 9 months, build a home for partner families.

The Appius team had the privilege of painting the home and laying sod along side the new homeowner, a mother of four and manager of a Pasco area restaurant.
